First meet of the season!

Hello hawks! Our first meet of the season is this Tuesday, August 29th at Maine East. A few important things to remember:

-Bring spikes if you have them! If you don't have any, consider buying some! They are a great investment for the rest of the season. Dick Pond (located at 29 S Prospect Ave) sells them if you are interested.

- Bring food and water! Depending on your race, you might not run until 5:30! It is very important that you stay hydrated and are not hungry before race time!

- Have fun!

The meet starts at 4:30.

Monday after practice, we will be meeting at Portillos for a pasta party!
